Listening to Tavis Smiley podcast on the way to work. I know, not a morning walk, but whatever, it's dark out on my morning walk!

Anyway, Tavis was talking about Barry White and how he was all about peace and love. Maybe if I listened to more Barry, I would be smiling and happy more often instead of a crank! In any case, Tavis and Barry make for an excellent combo. I didn't even mind the traffic.

starting again

I got laid off this fall from a job I've been searching for and working towards this past decade. It's been a huge upheaval personally and professionally, and I'm trying to pick up the pieces and move along. One thing that seems to be helping is looking out for things that inspire me that I see on my daily walks with the dogs. So here I go documenting things again.

Oldie but goody I walk by regularly. I'm hoping it's lovely inside.
